Responsibilities and Duties:
We are looking for a dynamic, passionate, and hardworking office administrator with a minimum of one year of experience or more to work at our Ahmedabad-based office. The candidate must provide a commitment to maintain employment with the firm for a duration of more than 3 years. The ideal, desirable candidate shall be assigned the following roles and responsibilities:
- Office management
- Hiring People
- Attending calls
- Business Development
- General accounts & payments
- Managing office infrastructure: stationary, daily repair & maintenance
- Managing vendor & other appointments and meeting schedules
- Checking E-mails
- Meeting preparation (PPT/Prints)
- Prepare (MOM)
- Manage material library and cataloguing
- Fluency in English, Gujarati and Hindi languages
Office management
- Maintaining Inventory
- Taking Prints
- Arranging Catalog & E-Catalog
- Manage software license
- Coordination with Vendors
- Purchase listing
- Maintenance
Hiring People
- Review resume
- Call Candidates
- List down candidate's information
- Set Interview
Support in Business Development if required
- Make Strategies
- Social media marketing
- E-mail marketing
- Set regular review meetings
