Female Back Office Executive

We are looking for a Female Back Office Executive to manage administrative tasks, property data, and client records efficiently. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling property listings and updating databases (Excel & CRM).
- Managing client records and coordinating appointments.
- Tracking leads, follow-ups, and maintaining reports.
- Assisting the sales team with documentation and research.
- Handling emails, calls, and basic office operations.
Requirements:
- Education: Graduate (Preferred)
- Experience: 1+ year in a similar role (Real estate experience is a plus)
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word), data entry, and coordination.
- Language: Fluent in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
