Back Office Executive

Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day back-office operations related to equity, derivatives, commodities, and mutual funds.
- Process account opening forms (AOFs), client modification requests, and KYC updates in coordination with the compliance and operations teams.
- Reconcile client transactions, ledgers, pay-ins, and pay-outs from Exchange and back-office systems.
- Prepare daily reports such as client margin statements, ledger balances, and outstanding positions.
- Support RMS and dealing desks in ensuring accurate trade processing and settlement.
- Coordinate with Depository Participants (DPs) for Demat, transfer, and pledge-related activities.
- Ensure data accuracy in client masters, trade files, and financial records before submission to the exchange or audit team.
- Assist in generating MIS and compliance reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain proper documentation and follow operational processes as per SEBI and Exchange guidelines.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in back-office operations within a broking or financial services firm (freshers with relevant knowledge may apply).
- Knowledge of NSE, BSE, MCX, and NSDL/CDSL processes preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, back-office software, and data management tools.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and adherence to timelines.
- Good communication and coordination skills with internal departments.
