Job Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented Back Office Executive to join our Non-Life Insurance team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in processing insurance applications, managing documentation, and ensuring the smooth administration of policy renewals, endorsements, and cancellations. This role requires precision, confidentiality, and proficiency in insurance-related software and office tools.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the processing of insurance applications, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Manage policy renewals, endorsements, and cancellations, ensuring timely processing.
  • Maintain and organize document management systems for easy retrieval and compliance.
  • Provide administrative support to the insurance team, ensuring smooth back-office operations.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and ensure data security.
  • Coordinate with underwriting, claims, and other departments for smooth workflow.
  • Generate and maintain reports related to policy processing and administrative tasks.

Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Experience: Previous experience in an insurance back-office role is required.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in Motor & Health insurance processing is preferred.
  • Skills & Competencies:
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document processing.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and insurance management software.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate with internal stakeholders.
