Job Title: International Customer Support Executive
Location: Noida
Work Mode: Work from Office
Shift Timing: Rotational shifts (including night shifts) / 24x7 support environment
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound & outbound calls, emails, and chats from international customers.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries related to products, services, and policies.
- Troubleshoot technical or non-technical issues efficiently.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions.
- Document customer interactions and update CRM systems.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
- Ensure first-call resolution (FCR) and meet customer satisfaction (CSAT) targets.
- Adhere to process compliance, quality standards, and service level agreements (SLAs).
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Graduate / Undergraduate (any stream) – Freshers or experienced candidates can apply.
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written).
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with rotational shifts & offs (24/7 work environment).
- Basic knowledge of MS Office & CRM tools is an advantage.
- Prior experience in international voice/non-voice process will be preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
