Job Summary:
We are looking for a customer-focused and articulate individual to join our International Customer Support team. You will be responsible for handling queries and resolving issues from global customers via phone ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and timely resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- • Interact with international customers (voice) to resolve product or service-related queries
- • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right tools and processes
- • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams and follow up to ensure resolution
- • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- • Meet performance targets including customer satisfaction, quality, and response time
- • Remain up to date with product knowledge and process changes
Required Skills:
- • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
- • Ability to understand and empathize with international customers
- • Good problem-solving and logical reasoning skills
- • Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts
- • Familiarity with CRM tools and customer support platforms is a plus
Preferred Qualifications:
- • Graduate in any discipline
- • Prior experience in international voice/chat/email support is preferred
- • Typing speed of 30+ WPM with accuracy
