300 Travel Experts Required in Ienergizer Pune

Responsibilities:

  • GDS Operations: Proficiently use Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo for reservations, ticketing, reissuance, and cancellations.
  • Itinerary Management: Create, book, and manage travel itineraries for flights.
  • Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service by handling inquiries, providing travel advice, and addressing client concerns and issues.
  • Booking Management: Monitor flight deadlines and ensure all bookings are accurate and issued within the correct timeframes.
  • Supplier Liaison: Liaise with travel suppliers (airlines, hotels) and the operations team to resolve issues with accommodation availability or booking changes.
  • Documentation: Prepare and send final ticketing documentation and obtain any necessary outstanding information from customers.
  • Adherence to Procedures: Follow established company policies and procedures for bookings, compliance, and customer handling.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • GDS Expertise: Strong, hands-on experience using one or more GDS platforms (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo).
  • Customer Service: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in handling bookings and managing travel details.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities to handle difficult customer situations and travel-related issues.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers and suppliers.
  • Adaptability: Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced BPO environment.
  • Travel Knowledge: Sound knowledge of airline codes, fares, flight regulations, and major travel destinations.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Computer Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of computer reservations systems and other relevant software.

Graduation Degree is a must for above requirement
