This is with the client with full-service travel agency based in the heart of Entertainment City, Noida (NCR). The team is deeply passionate about India and committed to offering quality, experiential holidays to discerning travelers.

Job Description: Candidate is expected to assist the MICE team with sales proposals,ad hoc operational support and administrative tasks in order to ensure the smooth running of the department to ensure revenue and gross profit targets are met and exceeded.

Salary: as per company standards(no bar for good candidates)

Role: MICE Corporate Sales

Job Description:

  • Take ownership of and monitor entire sales process and follow-up with MICE clients
  • Prepare proposals and quotes and coordinate with product and/or sales in regional offices
  • Address any client complaints as required
  • Address supplier questions and escalate to management when necessary
  • Conduct site inspections of hotels and restaurants
  • Assist with monitoring service providers to ensure that the required services are delivered to their desired standard

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Travel industry would be an add-on to the profile

  • Education- Diploma in Travel and Tourism

  • UG: Graduate and Post Graduate - In Travel Management
  • Excellent Personality and Communication Skills,
  • Proper knowledge of MS Office will be an added advantage.
