Job Description – Manager (Accounts & Finance)

· Lead and manage capital raising initiatives in coordination with investment banks, private equity firms, and financial institutions.

· Monitor and forecast short-term and long-term cash flows on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

· Identify and mitigate liquidity risks to ensure the business maintains adequate cash to meet its operational needs.

· Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning, new initiatives, and strategic decisions.

· Lead the annual budgeting process across all departments and business units.

Required Candidate Profile & skills

· CA / MBA (Finance) / CFA or equivalent qualification.

· –10 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or FP&A roles.

· Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling.

· Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

· Experience in a fast-growing company, preferably in consumer or D2C sectors, is a plus.
