Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer queries via phone, email, chat, or social media in a timely and professional manner.
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, technical, logistics) to resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products/services or improvements.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and service procedures.
  • Meet individual/team KPIs and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Provide feedback to the team on process improvements and recurring issues.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
