What we're looking for
We are on the lookout for a proactive individual with a keen interest in the Customer Support field to join our team - who will be mainly responsible for following-up & managing international customer relationships. This role requires effective communication skills. If you are excited about the future of tech and eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a groundbreaking team, we would love to have you on board
**Responsibilities**:
- Follow up with potential and existing customers via our communication channels.
- Identify & engage with customers, including those from past databases to expand the customer base.
- Engage with customers to ensure a positive experience and foster long-term relationships.
- Maintain records of all customer interactions, follow-ups, and support activities in the database.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and escalate complex issues when necessary.
**Qualifications**:
- 0 - 6 months of experience in customer support, preferably in a technology related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to manage multiple follow-ups, and convey technical information clearly.
- Problem-solving skills, multitasking, and a customer centric mindset.
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills.

Contract length: 3 months
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
