Inside Sales Manager

Role & responsibilities
Make outbound cold calls to potential clients to introduce AI-driven products/solutions.
- Qualify leads and schedule product demo appointments for the field sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and lead status using Zoho CRM.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize outreach strategies.
- Track and report performance metrics such as call volume, conversion rates, and appointment success.
- Respond to initial inquiries and provide basic product information.
- Continuously refine outreach scripts and engagement strategies based on feedback and performance.
Preferred candidate profile
- 02-04 years of experience in inside sales or lead generation, preferably in a B2B tech environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Zoho CRM is mandatory.
- Highly self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability.
- Hunger to grow, scale, and take ownership of outcomes.
- Focused, disciplined, and goal-oriented.
- Comfortable working independently with the freedom to manage their own schedule and priorities.
