Role Overview
The Operations / Online Sales Support Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day operational activities, including development of DAs, report creation, PSI management, and listing coordination across online platforms. The role requires interaction with online sales teams, planning teams, partners, and marketing teams to ensure accurate and timely data management and operational execution.
Key Responsibilities
1. DA Development
- Develop DAs with accurate information as per partner requirements.
- Manage PO acknowledgment, PO punch in Navision, and DA creation.
- Ensure DA clearance once POs are processed; escalate issues to the Online Team when required.
- Prepare and share primary sales reports in a timely manner.
- Confirm scheme applicability with the planning team.
2. Report Development
- Coordinate with the Online Sales Team and Watch Team to receive sales reports across partners.
- Develop weekly sales reports and match data with PSI.
- Consolidate weekly Watch sales data into a unified reporting format.
3. PSI Development
- Work with the Online Sales Team to receive unit-wise sales and return reports.
- Use Beta Partners Tally SSV and Micro tools to correctly format PSI data and weekly reports.
- Prepare PSI files in the required format and save them for future use.
- Format data accurately to meet Micro-run requirements.
4. Listing Management (All Platforms)
- Coordinate with the Marketing Team to receive accurate images required for online listing.
- Develop and update listing databases as per planning team inputs.
- Share required documents with the Online Sales Team (Watch) and track listing progress weekly.
- Prepare and share weekly base reports related to listings.
Technical Skills Required
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas).
- Ability to work on platform-native dashboards.
- Understanding of billing processes under Navision.
- Understanding of Alpha Partner PO processing.
- Knowledge of data formatting and system compatibility (Micro, SSV, PSI formats).

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹500, ₹900,000.00 per year
