Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Ecommerce - Senior Executive, based in Delhi, India. The role involves managing e-commerce platforms, handling account management responsibilities, analyzing sales performance data, driving growth through strategic sales activities, and leading a team to ensure targets are met. The Senior Executive will collaborate with various stakeholders to align e-commerce operations with the company's objectives and enhance brand presence online.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, analyze trends, and drive data-informed decisions.
  • Experience in Account Management to oversee e-commerce accounts and ensure optimal performance.
  • Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to achieve targets and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Team Management skills to lead, mentor, and collaborate with team members effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and tools, and familiarity with the herbal healthcare or Ayurveda industry is a plus.
  • Relevant educational background, with a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
