Job Description:

Position: Sales/Business Development Executive (US Market)

Experience: 1-2 years' experience in Sales and Marketing (outbound sales/ up-sell/ cross-sell) In US Market

Location: Bangalore, KA

Shift Time: 09:00 PM to 06:00 AM IST (Night Shift)

Working Days: Monday-Friday (5 Days)

Responsibilities:

· Would be generating new leads to establish new client relations in our RPO division

· Would be working on emails, social networking sites and various other tools to get prime contact in the industry

· Cold-call prospects and identify key decision makers

· Maintain and expand the company's database of prospects

· Ensure follow-up with calls-to-action, dates, complete profile and sources, etc.

· Set up and deliver sales presentations, product/service demonstrations, and other sales actions

· Ability to work in a team but should be self-starter. (Will work closely with top management)

Requirements:

· Must have a sales/outbound role in US market in the past

· Must have done outbound calls to new and existing clients via telephone and email to sell/cross-sell/ up-sell

· Must be result oriented and self-motivated to succeed

· Excellent negotiation and problem solving skill

· Ideal candidate will be able to maintain positive attitude and professionalism through stressful situations and driven to increase earning potential

· Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Experience in International Voice Process (outbound sales/ up-sell/ cross-sell) will be preferable.
