Your Role:

  • Set up new customer accounts on our financial systems
  • Enter and maintain existing customer accounts and billing data
  • Prioritize and process requests through a high volume ticket management system
  • Ensure tax/VAT rates are set up correctly for each customer account
  • Work as part of the central contact team for all business users to query and resolve customer account queries
  • Run weekly and monthly data integrity reporting and action queries with the business where needed
  • Data entry and running reports in the Oracle E-Business Suite
  • Ad hoc duties as required

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance, or equivalent work experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Fluency in English (written and oral)
  • Ability to work in a high volume fast paced environment
  • Excellent written, verbal and inter-personal communication skills
  • A strong academic record
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word etc.)
  • Experience with Oracle is an advantage
