Role Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and energetic HR Executive to join our team in Bandra West, Mumbai. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving the organization's human resource functions, ensuring a positive employee experience, and supporting business objectives through effective HR practices.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Staffing:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for various departments (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and on boarding).
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
  • Maintain and update employee records and databases.

2. On boarding & Induction:

  • Conduct joining formalities and induction sessions for new employees.
  • Ensure smooth on boarding and assimilation into the organization.

3. Training & Development:

  • Maintain training records and track employee development.

4. Payroll & Compliance:

  • Coordinate monthly payroll inputs and ensure accuracy in attendance, leaves, and salary processing.
  • Maintain HR-related documentation.

5. Performance Management:

  • Assist in implementing performance appraisal systems and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs).

6. Employee Engagement & Welfare:

  • Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, team-building activities, and festive celebrations.
  • Address employee grievances and promote a positive workplace culture.

7. HR Operations:

  • Maintain employee personal files and HR MIS reports.
  • Support management in HR policy formulation and implementation.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Good understanding of HR policies, payroll
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented approach

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18, ₹35,000.00 per month
