Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Executive – HR & Admin based in Bandra. The role involves overseeing HR operations, managing employee relations, implementing HR policies, and contributing to the smooth operation of all human resources activities. Additional responsibilities include providing administrative support and ensuring organizational compliance with company regulations and goals.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations
  • Experience in Employee Relations and implementing HR Policies
  • Strong understanding of general Human Resources (HR) principles
  • Effective communication, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Prior experience in a similar role; HR certification is a plus
