Urgent hiring for Regional Sales Manager - HORECA

Profile- Regional Sales Manager - HORECA

Experience-2 years

Ctc- upto 10 lpa

Working Days- 6 days (2& fourth Saturday off)

Location-Goregaen east, Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy & Execution:

  2. Develop and implement sales plans to achieve targets for the HORECA channel in the assigned territory.

  3. Identify new business opportunities, expand the customer base, and manage existing accounts.

  4. Monitor sales performance and recommend improvements to meet goals.

  5. Relationship Management:

  6. Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within hotels, restaurants, cafes, and catering services.

  7. Negotiate contracts, agreements, and pricing to ensure mutual satisfaction with clients and partners.

  8. Conduct regular visits to clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

  9. Team Leadership:

  10. Lead, motivate, and train a sales team to achieve maximum performance and results.

  11. Collaborate with team members to develop effective sales pitches and presentations.

  12. Market Intelligence:

  13. Keep abreast of market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities within the HORECA sector.

  14. Provide insights and feedback to the marketing and product development teams to refine offerings and strategies.

  15. Distributor Management:

  16. Oversee distributor operations, ensuring timely delivery and availability of products at client locations.

  17. Monitor distributor performance and ensure adherence to company policies and targets.

  18. Reporting & Analysis:

  19. Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to the senior management team.

  20. Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and areas requiring corrective actions.

Desired Skills & Competencies:

  • In-depth understanding of the HORECA industry, including key players, trends, and market dynamics.
  • Self-motivated, with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite.
