Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Ahmedabad. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, and managing client accounts. Day-to-day tasks include developing business strategies, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work closely with various teams to achieve business objectives.
What We're Looking For:
- 1–2 years experience in B2B sales, business development, or lead generation (preferably targeting the U.S. market)
- Strong understanding of the U.S. business culture and sales cycle
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven
- Experience working with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Ability to work U.S. hours or overlap significantly
- Prior experience in healthcare, or outsourcing is a
plus
