About The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our team. This is a field sales role that requires excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to drive business growth by connecting with students, colleges and educational institutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit schools, colleges, coaching centers, and other educational institutions to promote our services.
  • Identify and build corporate tie-ups to expand business opportunities and drive partnerships.
  • Conduct presentations, and counseling sessions for prospective students .
  • Identify new sales opportunities through field visits, cold calls, and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
  • Understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and reporting metrics.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and competitor activity.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales/business development (EdTech preferred).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable with field work.
  • Ability to handle objections and convert leads into sales.
  • Own a two-wheeler and a valid driving license (preferred).
