Job Overview:

Royaleblue Hospitalities India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced HR Manager with 2–5 years of experience who is well-versed in labour laws, statutory compliances, and employee relations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, ensuring compliance with government regulations, and building a healthy organizational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with all labour laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.).
  • Maintain and update employee records as per legal and organizational requirements.
  • Liaise with labour departments and ensure timely submission of compliance reports.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or Master's in Human Resources, Labour Law, or related field.

2–5 years of experience in HR management with a focus on labour law compliances.

Strong knowledge of Indian employment laws and HR best practices.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹17, ₹35,000.00 per month
