Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated
Sales Manager
to lead our sales efforts for
Personal Care and Home Care Ingredients
. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in chemical ingredients, a solid understanding of the personal and home care industries and a proven track record of business development and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for personal care and home care ingredients.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in key markets (e.g., skin care, hair care, household cleaning, fabric care).
  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support customer product development.
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs and competition activity.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to seniors.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows and client meetings.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts and terms in alignment with company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
  • 5-7 years of sales experience in the chemical ingredients industry, preferably within cosmetics and/or home care segments.
  • Strong network within personal care or home care manufacturing companies is a plus.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and formulation trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
