Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated
Sales Manager
to lead our sales efforts for
Personal Care and Home Care Ingredients
. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in chemical ingredients, a solid understanding of the personal and home care industries and a proven track record of business development and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for personal care and home care ingredients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in key markets (e.g., skin care, hair care, household cleaning, fabric care).
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support customer product development.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs and competition activity.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to seniors.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows and client meetings.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts and terms in alignment with company policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
- 5-7 years of sales experience in the chemical ingredients industry, preferably within cosmetics and/or home care segments.
- Strong network within personal care or home care manufacturing companies is a plus.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and formulation trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel as required.
