  • We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT & Admin Executive to support our organization's IT infrastructure and administrative functions.
  • The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of experience managing IT systems and providing administrative support to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

IT Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the company\2019s IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems.
  • Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot IT-related problems promptly.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for IT procurement, maintenance, and repairs.
  • Ensure data security and perform regular backups.
  • Assist in the implementation of IT policies and procedures.

Administrative Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day office administrative tasks such as office supplies management, facility maintenance, and vendor coordination.
  • Manage travel arrangements, meeting schedules, and official documentation.
  • Support HR in employee onboarding and maintaining personnel records.
  • Handle communication and correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
  • Assist in organizing company events and meetings.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide first-level technical support to end users (hardware, software, network, email, etc.)
  • Assist in installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals
  • Monitor and respond to support tickets and service requests
  • Support basic network troubleshooting (LAN, Wi-Fi, internet issues)
  • Help maintain IT documentation, inventory, and asset tracking
  • Assist with data backup processes and antivirus updates
  • Learn and support Windows OS, MS Office, and basic IT security protocols
  • Basic knowledge of computer hardware and networking
  • Familiarity with Windows OS and Microsoft Office tools
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in the IT field

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor\2019s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in IT support and office administration.
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and IT security practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and common office software.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time onsite
