Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager with strong full-stack development expertise to lead end-to-end delivery of software projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on knowledge of modern web technologies, excellent stakeholder management skills, and proven success in delivering complex applications on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery across planning, execution, deployment, and support.
  • Manage cross-functional full-stack engineering teams (Frontend, Backend, QA, DevOps).
  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand requirements, define scope, and ensure alignment.
  • Oversee sprint planning, backlog refinement, and Agile ceremonies.
  • Monitor project KPIs, timelines, risks, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure delivery of high-quality, scalable, and secure full-stack solutions.
  • Drive engineering best practices, code quality, and continuous integration/deployment.
  • Identify process improvements and ensure continuous enhancement of delivery efficiency.
  • Provide technical guidance where necessary and support architectural decision-making.
  • Prepare status reports and manage communication with senior leadership and clients.

Technical Skills (Full Stack)

  • Strong understanding of frontend technologies: Angular/React/Vue, HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Solid experience with backend technologies: .NET / Java / / Python (any core backend stack).
  • Knowledge of REST APIs, Microservices, SQL/NoSQL Databases.
  • Experience with cloud platforms: AWS / Azure / GCP.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, DevOps practices.
  • Good understanding of system architecture, performance, and security principles.

Leadership & Management Skills

  • 3+ years experience in a Delivery/Project/Engineering Manager role.
  • Strong stakeholder and client management abilities.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Experience managing distributed teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Ability to mentor, motivate, and guide technical teams.
