We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager with 10+ years of total industry experience and at least 3 years in delivery management to oversee the successful execution of AI-driven projects and products. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client and business expectations while leading cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of AI and product engineering projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are achieved.
  • Collaborate with clients, product managers, and engineering teams to define project scope, delivery strategy, and KPIs.
  • Lead project planning, execution, and risk management while driving continuous process improvement.
  • Oversee resource allocation, capacity planning, and vendor coordination where required.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a primary point of contact for delivery-related discussions.
  • Mentor and guide delivery teams, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence.
  • Prepare and present delivery status reports, performance updates, and improvement plans to senior stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • 10+ years of overall experience, including a minimum of 3 years in delivery/project management roles.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex technology solutions, preferably in AI, SaaS, or enterprise products.
  • Strong understanding of Generative AI, Agentic AI, or intelligent automation (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Hybrid).
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing multi-location or cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with compliance, data privacy, and regulatory requirements in AI projects.
  • Certifications like PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum Master are a plus.
