Candidate Profile

  • Graduate /MBA
  • 2+ Years of Experience in Banking / Financial Services / Insurance in SME Sales(Secured)
  • Age upto 35 years
  • The candidate must possess good understanding of mSME Products and should be localitie of the area
  • Good Communication and interpersonal Skills

Job Role Specifics

  • Acquiring new Customers through direct channel and self-source
  • Handling MSME LAP
  • To do Cross selling
  • Doing various Marketing activities in SME clusters,(Canopy, Loan fairs exhibitions, micro marketing etc)
  • Worked with managers to develop and manage strategic sourcing plans to achieve targets
  • Maintaining the existing client relationship and identifying the new customers and business
  • To support collection team in case of early delinquency
  • To maintain good relationship with internal stakeholders, Technical, Legal, Operations & Credit team
  • Maintaining Data Pertaining to logins, disbursement, IRR and Insurance
  • Executing Documentation while disbursing the limit
