About the Position:

We are looking for a Process Launch Management Specialist  to join the Propulsion team, reporting directly to the Plant Manager.

This position is based at our office in Manesar, India.

Your Responsibilities will be:

• Oversees the daily workflow of the department.
• Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations and Handles disicpline in department.
• Assesses cost effectiveness and feasibility of manufacturing processes; makes and implements recommendations to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
• Supervises Line/Machine/tooling performance, ensuring all work is ececuted accurately and according to productivity,quality and safety standards.
• Provides guidance and oversight in development and execution of New Projects and expansions; coordinates with Central team and suppliers
• Provide guidance to Maintenance Supervisor and/or other appropriate leadership with programs, activities, and responsibilities of the maintenance

department
- Ensures compliance with health and safety laws, for New and existing project/Plant Machinery
- Prepares and implements the departmental budget and perform other duties as assigned
- Understanding of SPM,Testing equipements and software utilities functionality.
- Strong analytical/Supervisory/leadership and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of Technical specification standards and criteria.
- Development/Execution of new project,machinery,equipments, localization and supplier selection.
- Ensure the behaviour of  the product in all the stages of life in accordance to all applicable guidelines i.e EnMS ,EMS ,OH&S etc.
- Responsible for communicate  EHS and EnMS standard to suppliers and ensure application of the same

What Qualifications you will bring:

B Tech Electronics/ Mechanical

Other skills that we would welcome:

• Understanding of Electrical circuitry , Mechanical drawings and  Software utilities/program
• Prepration of Technical specification, BOM , Layout and Costing
• Underwstanding of Testing technology for ECU and AMT
• Planning and Execution of Projects & Costing
