Position summary

To lead the planning and execution of marketing initiatives for our brand . This role requires a deep understanding of Indian consumer behavior, retail environments, digital trends, and competitive landscapes.

The ideal candidate will drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth through both traditional and digital marketing strategies.

The role requires a combination of marketing expertise and product knowledge, and strategic planning within the context of the healthcare industry

Key responsibilities

1.Develop annual marketing plans aligned with business objectives and brand strategy

  1. Manage product launches, from pre-launch planning to post-launch performance analysis

  2. Develop tools and materials (e.g., brochures, presentations, training) to support the sales team

  3. Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, BTL, ATL, etc.)

  4. Work with product development, regulatory, legal and sales teams to align marketing initiative

  5. Develop and manage the marketing budget to ensure cost-effective marketing spend with measurable outcomes

  6. Monitor key KPIs: market share, brand health, campaign effectiveness, and sales lift and provide regular performance reports and insights to leadership.

Skills, and Experience

  • A bachelors degree in business or a related field; a master's degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in Sales and marketing or product planning
  • Strong communication skills and pro-active thinker
  • Proficient in utilizing MS PowerPoint and MS Excel to craft compelling business proposals and innovative presentations for new product initiatives.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in leading and managing teams, fostering cross-functional collaboration within the organization for seamless workflow and project success.
  • Ability to guide the team for effective engagement of healthcare professionals and medical institutions.
  • Established a track record of success in product management, including comprehensive product lifecycle management and successful product launches.
