Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Branding and Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business goals, including brand positioning, product promotion, and customer engagement.

  • Digital Marketing: Manage digital marketing campaigns across paid and organic channels (social media, Google Ads, email, and SMS.), driving online visibility, lead generation, and customer acquisition through targeted strategies and collaboration with creative and media teams. Ensuring seamless execution and optimal ROI.

  • Social Media Management: Oversee daily social media operations across platforms by managing content calendars, collaborating with creative teams, engaging the community, and optimizing performance to enhance reach, engagement, and conversions.

  • ATL and BTL Campaigns: Plan and execute above-the-line (ATL) and below-the-line (BTL) marketing campaigns, including advertising, promotions, and events.

  • P&L Management: Oversee the entire P&L for marketing initiatives, ensuring effective budget allocation and ROI analysis.

  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, feedback, and development opportunities.

  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research, analyse consumer behaviour, and track market trends to inform marketing strategies.

  • Budget Management: Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation and ROI analysis.

Requirements

  • Education: Master's degree in marketing.

  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the Bakery/QSR/Hotel /Retail or FMCG industry.

  • Skills:

  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
