Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Manager based in Gurugram. The Marketing Manager will oversee and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, develop effective campaigns, and drive lead generation. Key responsibilities include managing digital and traditional marketing initiatives, analyzing market trends, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and monitoring campaign performance to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsiblities

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies to promote Fine Acers' projects, brand, and services.
  • Drive
    concept-based marketing
    campaigns focused on lifestyle, investment value, and customer emotion.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with
    banks and insurance companies
    for joint marketing programs, customer financing, and promotional tie-ups.
  • Create marketing plans aligned with sales targets, ensuring measurable ROI across all campaigns.
  • Plan and manage ATL, BTL, and digital marketing activities (events, exhibitions, print, social media, influencer, etc.).
  • Coordinate with design, digital, and content teams for branding, creatives, and promotional material.
  • Conduct market research, analyze trends, and identify new business opportunities and target audiences.
  • Develop and execute lead-generation strategies with a focus on conversions.
  • Monitor competitor marketing and pricing strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Prepare marketing budgets, performance reports, and campaign analytics for management review.
  • Manage marketing teams, vendors, and agencies for campaign execution and brand consistency.

Required Skills & Experiences

  • 5-6 years of experience in
    marketing
    , preferably in
    real estate, insurance, or banking sectors.
  • Strong background in
    concept marketing
    — ability to design and promote unique brand stories and lifestyle propositions.
  • Proven experience in
    insurance and banking partnership marketing
    (co-branded campaigns, financing schemes, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of
    digital marketing, lead generation, and customer lifecycle management.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools, analytics platforms, and social media marketing.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail and deadlines.
