Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Manager located in Gurugram. The Marketing Manager will oversee and implement marketing strategies in alignment with the company's goals. Daily responsibilities include managing campaigns, developing promotional materials, coordinating with cross-functional teams, analyzing marketing performance, and identifying opportunities for growth. The role requires leadership in both digital and traditional marketing channels, ensuring brand consistency and maximizing market outreach.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Digital Marketing, Content Marketing, and Social Media Management
  • Strong skills in Campaign Management, Branding, and Market Analysis
  • Experience in Strategic Planning, Communication, and Public Relations
  • Project Management and Organizational capabilities to oversee multiple initiatives
  • Analytical mindset for interpreting marketing metrics and optimizing performance
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong design skills on DIY design platforms such as Canva is an advantage
  • Ability to lead teams and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Experience in the real estate, luxury, or design industry is an advantage
