Role Summary

The
Software Launch Manager
will lead the complete rollout and scaling of the
PGAK AI Video Analytics App
— a smart surveillance platform built for Indian industries, dealers, and end-users.

You will act as the central link between
customers, dealers, and technical vendors
to ensure the app is stable, user-friendly, and scalable.

Success in this position means:

A smooth, on-time app launch with zero major bugs.

100+ active dealer onboardings via webinar within 15 days.

Seamless coordination between the technical, sales, and dealer teams.

This role plays a key part in the organization's mission of making
AI-driven security
accessible, reliable, and easy to use across India.


Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage the complete app launch cycle
    — from pre-launch testing, beta feedback, and app store deployment to post-launch improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with dealers, customers, and the technical vendor
    to ensure high-quality performance and quick issue resolution.
  • Host and manage the dealer onboarding webinar
    within 15 days, ensuring strong participation and engagement.
  • Collect and analyze user feedback
    to identify key areas of improvement and communicate actionable insights to the tech team.
  • Ensure scalability and performance
    of the app, including testing for crashes, server load, and data synchronization.
  • Create and maintain launch documentation
    , including SOPs, FAQs, training materials, and performance reports.
  • Monitor app metrics
    such as downloads, active users, and crash-free sessions, and present weekly progress to the founder.
  • Work cross-functionally
    with marketing, tech, and dealer support teams to ensure a unified and successful product rollout.

Qualifications

  • Education:
    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Experience:
    Minimum 5 years in
    Android App Launch / SaaS / IoT / AI Product Management
    .
  • Technical Knowledge:
    Familiarity with app store deployment, API integration, load testing, and user analytics.
  • Skills:
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management (dealers, vendors, customers).
  • Excellent project management and documentation ability.
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
  • Confident public speaker (for webinars & dealer training).
  • Experience in coordinating with remote tech teams and app developers.
