Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing and Sales Head to join our team in Bengaluru. This full-time senior position will drive our marketing and sales initiatives, ensuring they align with company goals and deliver measurable results. With a cap of 10 years of work experience, the ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, passionate about design services and adept at fostering client relationships.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Extensive knowledge in developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement (Mandatory skill).
  • Proven experience in social media management, capable of leveraging platforms to drive growth and customer connection (Mandatory skill).
  • Demonstrated success in sales leadership and team management, with the ability to inspire and drive teams towards ambitious targets (Mandatory skill).
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) systems to efficiently manage client interactions and data.
  • Solid understanding of SEO and SEM to optimize digital content and campaigns for better search ranking and traffic.
  • Experience in data analytics and reporting to interpret marketing metrics and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong background in content marketing, with the ability to craft engaging and impactful content for a variety of channels.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective B2B and B2C sales strategies tailored to target markets and client needs.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee the implementation of marketing and sales strategies that align with the company's goals and growth objectives.
  • Lead the marketing and sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and achievement of targets.
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, ensuring maximum reach and engagement among target audiences.
  • Strengthen client relationships by collaborating closely with the design team to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Oversee content creation and marketing efforts, ensuring content is relevant, consistent, and compelling.
  • Monitor sales performance and develop improvement plans to achieve sales targets and boost market presence.
  • Regularly report on marketing and sales performance, using data to justify strategies and suggest enhancements.
