We're looking for a proactive and curious communications professional to manage internal and external communications. You'll ensure smooth messaging across teams, coordinate campaigns, and act as a liaison between internal teams, clients, and digital platforms. You don't need to know everything—what matters most is your curiosity, hunger to learn, and ability to take ownership.

What you'll do:

  • Lead internal communications for our agency and parent company.
  • Plan, coordinate, and strategize content across multiple platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Align internal teams with external campaigns and client expectations.
  • Track engagement, gather insights, and suggest improvements.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication flow.

What we're looking for:

  • 1+ year in communications, content strategy, or social media.
  • Awareness of multiple digital platforms and eagerness to learn new ones.
  • Strong writing, coordination, and project management skills.
  • Ability to liaise across teams and clients effectively.
  • Curiosity, hunger, and an ownership mindset are more important than knowing it all.
