The DGM – Brand,Media & Growth will lead data-led brandbuilding, AI-powered mediaoptimization, and experience-driven communication, ensuring the most loved and progressive retail brand for India's evolving consumers.

This role sits at the intersection of brand storytelling, digital performance, customerintelligence, and new-ageretail media.

  • Leverage analytics, NPS, and customer listening tools to strengthen brand perception on value and service, and proactively act on insights to close experience gaps.
  • Leverage technology, automation, and digital tools to build scalable SOPs and frameworks that ensure consistency, speed, and quality in marketing execution across all channels.

Desired qualification and experience

  • Management graduatein marketing.
  • 8 to 10 years retailor similar experience with at least 5-7 years in Brand specific activities.
