Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Executive located in Kolkata. The Social Media Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies, managing social media accounts, creating content, optimizing social media posts, analyzing engagement metrics, and facilitating communication with the audience.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, schedule, and manage daily content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.
  • Write engaging captions and strategize for maximum reach and engagement.
  • Coordinate with designers, editors, and clients to bring campaigns to life.
  • Track performance metrics and prepare weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights.
  • Research and stay up to date with the latest trends, reels formats, platform updates, and competitor activities.
  • Respond to DMs, comments, and manage community engagement professionally.

  • Assist in planning influencer collaborations, contests, and hashtag campaigns.

  • Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of proven experience in managing brand social media handles.
  • Strong command over Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.
  • Ability to write crisp, witty, and brand-aligned content.
  • Basic understanding of analytics tools like Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio, etc.
  • A keen eye for visual storytelling and content aesthetics.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.

  • Experience working in an agency setup is a plus.
