Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities and achieving sales targets for Railways segment. The day-to-day tasks include developing sales strategies, building and maintaining customer relationships, conducting market research, and coordinating with the marketing team. The role also involves lead generation, sales forecasting, and training sales representatives to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales management and developing sales strategies
- Strong customer relationship management skills
- Experience with market research and analysis
- Lead generation and sales forecasting skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Leadership skills with the ability to train and develop a sales team
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; MBA is a plus
- Experience in the Govt sales or electrical or motor industry is an advantage
- Willingness to travel as needed
