Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Pune. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve organizational revenue goals. Duties include managing a sales team, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, preparing sales reports, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving. The Sales Manager will closely collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to align sales efforts with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with experience in achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Exceptional leadership and team management abilities to guide and motivate the sales team
- Analytical and strategic thinking skills to identify market trends and business opportunities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Experience in the nutraceutical or healthcare industry is highly preferred
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
