The company's manufacturing plant is strategically located in Silvassa, 150 km away from Mumbai, with ISO certifications and serving major pharmaceutical and cosmetic companies. Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled and proactive ERPNext Specialist to lead the implementation, customization, development, and maintenance of our ERPNext system.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ERPNext/Frappe framework, solid Python programming skills, and working knowledge of Linux-based server environments. You will play a key role in driving digital transformation and supporting cross-functional teams by optimizing ERP processes and ensuring system stability. ⸻Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end ERPNext implementation across departments.
  • Customize and develop new features using the Frappe Framework and Python.
  • Integrate ERPNext with third-party applications and services.
  • Develop custom scripts, reports, and print formats as needed.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and perform root cause analysis.
  • Manage ERPNext server setup, updates, backups, and performance tuning (Ubuntu/Linux-based).
  • Provide technical training and user support.
  • Document technical specifications, workflows, and change logs.

  • 2+ years of experience with ERPNext/Frappe development and customization.
  • Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and HTML/CSS.
  • Strong knowledge of MariaDB/MySQL and REST APIs.
  • Experience with Linux server administration (Ubuntu preferred).
  • Familiarity with Git and version control.
  • Ability to work independently and handle full ERP project lifecycles.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
