About the Role: 

Working as a member of the Revenue & Billing team, the Finance Billing Analyst will process client Billing and provide support to the business users in accordance with established best practices and policies.



Responsibilities

Billing duties include:

  • Issuing the Invoices post contract verification and adhere with Billing schedule.
  • Liaise with Project team members to ensure accurate and timely billing.
  • Addressing issues and query from Project Team and follow up as required. 
  • Validate invoice and take corrective actions accordingly.
  • Process revenue booking for various operating units.
  • Work on credit note as per requirement
  • Work with cash application team to resolve any billing related issues
Qualifications

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance, or equivalent work experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Fluency in English (written and oral)
  • Ability to work in a high volume fast paced environment
  • Excellent written, verbal and inter-personal communication skills
  • A strong academic record
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word etc.)
  • Experience with Oracle is an advantage
