  • Conduct initial telephonic screening to evaluate skills, experience, interest, notice period, and salary expectations
  • Share shortlisted candidates with hiring managers or senior recruiters for the next steps
  • Maintain and update candidate records in internal trackers or ATS
  • Handle job postings and manage recruitment databases effectively
