Role Description

We are seeking a Technical Recruiter for a full-time, on-site role based in Agra. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-life cycle recruitment process, sourcing and hiring top talent for technical roles, developing recruitment strategies, and maintaining strong communication with candidates and stakeholders. This role requires close collaboration with hiring managers to ensure a seamless recruitment experience.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, Technical Recruiting, and Hiring
  • Proficiency in Recruiting and candidate sourcing
  • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in an on-site office environment
  • Knowledge of IT industry roles and technical requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Hands on experience with ats and/or different job boards.
