At Cloudwick you’ll be part of a team that values innovation, collaboration and the ability to make meaningful impact via technology in regulated, enterprise and mission‑driven environments.Role OverviewWe are looking for an energetic, proactive IT Recruiter who will take end‑to‑end ownership of hiring for technical roles — from sourcing through to closing. The ideal candidate will come from a product‑company background, excel at sourcing hard‑to‑find tech talent, and will be comfortable operating in a fast‑paced and evolving environment (remote). Exposure to broader HR functions (onboarding, coordination, HR generalist tasks) is a plus.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full recruitment life‑cycle: partner with hiring managers, gather & refine requirements, source candidates, screen, coordinate interviews, handle offer negotiations and closure.Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for engineering (backend & frontend), cloud/DevOps (AWS), data/analytics roles — especially in product companies.Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies (, job boards, Boolean search, referral networks, community outreach) to identify passive candidates.Maintain accurate recruitment metrics, pipelines and dashboards (Excel and ATS) and report regularly to stakeholders.Provide an excellent candidate experience — clear communication, timely follow‑up, feedback loops.Collaborate with the HR team on onboarding logistics, documentation, and any HR tasks as required (preferred).Maintain knowledge of market trends, compensation benchmarks and candidate sentiment in the technology & product‑company ecosystem.Requirements3 years of recruitment experience in IT/tech roles, preferably in a product‑company environment (not only services staffing).Demonstrated strength in sourcing and closing technical roles (backend/frontend engineers, cloud, data/AI, product engineers).Proficiency in Excel, data‑driven recruitment dashboards and comfortable using/recommending ATS/tools.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
