  • Conduct initial HR discussions and coordinate interview schedules.

  • Maintain and update candidate databases.
  • Support the end-to-end recruitment process.

Requirements:

  • Graduate or pursuing an MBA (HR preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Interest in technology and recruitment.
  • Proactive, organized, and willing to learn in a fast-paced setup.
