Job Title: Senior Accounts Assistant/Manager

Location: Pune

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 CTC per month

Experience: Minimum 3 years in Accounts Field

Key Skills & Knowledge Required:

  • Proficiency in Tally Prime
  • Ability to quickly adapt to work on any other ERP software
  • Strong understanding and practical experience in:
  • Bank Reconciliation
  • TDS (Tax Deducted at Source)
  • GST Filing & Returns
  • E-Way Bill Generation
  • E-Invoicing
  • Must be familiar with corporate billing processes, including ASN (Advanced Shipping Notice) procedures
  • Handle day-to-day accounting entries for sales and purchases
  • Monitor, track, and report inventory details independently to the management
  • Assist the accounts team in all routine accounting tasks
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as TDS, GST, and invoicing norms
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and vendors regarding billing and reconciliations

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Prior experience in a structured corporate environment will be an advantage
