Position Overview
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Executive to accelerate sales growth, acquire new clients, and strengthen our market presence. The role involves identifying business opportunities, developing client relationships, and driving revenue through strategic engagement and deal execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities across target markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Develop tailored proposals and pitch presentations to secure new accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design solutions that meet client needs.
- Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure.
- Conduct market analysis to track competitor activities and identify growth areas.
- Meet and exceed defined sales and revenue targets.
- Represent the firm at networking events, industry forums, and client meetings.
- Provide regular reporting on business development activities and results.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to establish rapport and trust with diverse client groups.
- Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Knowledge of financial services and investment products preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
