Job Description :

The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business growth through effective sales strategies, team management, and client relationship development. The role requires a dynamic leader with a proven track record in financial product sales (Loans, Insurance, Investments, or Advisory Services), who can lead teams, generate business, and ensure achievement of targets with excellence and integrity.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Relationship Managers / Sales Executives to achieve business objectives.
  • Drive sales of financial products – Loans, Insurance, Investments, and Advisory services.
  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand client base through B2B channels.
  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and channel partners.
  • Conduct client meetings, field visits, and presentations to promote products and services.
  • Track market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Monitor team performance, provide guidance, and conduct regular reviews.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, and ethical business practices.
  • Coordinate with the operations and back-office teams to ensure smooth client servicing and documentation.
