About the Role:
We're seeking energetic and goal-oriented Sales BDEs/BDMs to join our business growth team. You'll be responsible for driving new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and supporting overall revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and pursue business leads
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Develop sales strategies to meet company goals
- Manage B2B/B2C client communications
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
Requirements:
- Experience: 1–6 years in sales, business development, or client handling
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of IT or software services (preferred)
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
