About the Role
We are seeking a
Pre-Sales Executive
to be the first point of contact for parents exploring KLAY Preschool & Daycare. You will play a key role in building trust, scheduling tours, and ensuring parents have a seamless experience with us. This role is ideal for someone who is empathetic, driven by numbers, and motivated to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound parent inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
  • Engage with parents with empathy, understand their requirements, and position KLAY as the right solution.
  • Schedule center tours and ensure proper follow-up until tour visit.
  • Maintain daily call productivity with an
    average talk time of 2.5–3.5 hours/day
    .
  • Accurately update lead status in CRM and ensure 100% adherence to processes.
  • Follow scripts while adapting to parent queries with warmth and clarity.
  • Support team performance by meeting individual KPIs on calls, tours, and conversions.

Key Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience
    in pre-sales, inside sales, customer engagement, or counseling (education/edtech industry preferred).
  • Fluency in English
    (both verbal and written).
  • Basic proficiency in CRM or lead management tools is an advantage.
